Submissions
We here at "Heart of the World" ask that submissions be submitted online due to our magazine's international, multilingual nature. This ensures a smooth, faster process for both submitters and ourselves, and is generally easier for all parties involved. Below you will find the submission guidelines for each field that we are currently publishing. If, for any reason, you would like to submit something that doesn't fit into any of the guidelines below, contact us by email and we'll confirm whether or not we are able to review your submission for publication. We do ask that submitters try to follow the guidelines of our Call for Submission, listed below, and that you use your creativity to work with the theme of each issue.
We are also paying submitters for any works that we will publish, and we want to stress that there are no fees for submitting, nor will there ever be any fees for submitting. We here at Heart of the World know how difficult it can be for people to either begin their creative careers or to keep it going, and we look to encourage this sort of activity by providing incentive in pursuing one's goals as an artist and author. We do, however, pay based per submission, and will contact you with the amount we will give you once your piece has been selected for publication.
If you are interested in submitting to us but we do not have your native language present yet in the digital or on the website, by all means, submit anyway! As we get more and more submissions in various languages, so too will we begin to expand our magazine's scope and the staff involved. You may be the person who brings Heart of the World Magazine into new places!
